Judging
The competition is open to all and will be judged by an independent person or persons that could include industry experts and representatives of hearing charities and associations. Plus there will be one person from Audio Infos.
Judging Criteria
Must be received on or before the 13th July 2012
You must have been fitted with a device between Aug 2004 and July 2012

Reasons for nomination – Using no more than 1000 words, the winner will be an individual outstanding case. The entry will be judged on the following criteria:
- You have received exceptional service and been provided best practice.
- The hearing care professional must have illustrated dedication and commitment
- The hearing care professional must have demonstrated exceptional knowledge in the field of products or services available to you
- The hearing care professional made a difference to your and your families lifestyle
- Perhaps helped in a difficult or unusual circumstance
- Provided superior care maybe not only you but also the whole family.
- Completion of the 4 multiple choice questions
Entries will be judged on their quality and how well they bring the hearing care professionals work to life.
