Judging
The competition is open to all and will be judged by an independent person or persons that could include industry experts and representatives of hearing charities and associations. Plus there will be one person from Audio Infos and one person from Rayovac Europe Ltd.
Judging Criteria
Must be received on or before the 16th July 2010
You must have been fitted with a device between Aug 2004 and July 2010
The form must be completed correctly:
- Hearing Care Professionals details
- Your details
- Reasons for nomination - The winner will be an individual outstanding case. Whereby you have received exceptional service and given best practice. The hearing care professional must have illustrated dedication and commitment to you. Perhaps they helped in a difficult or unusual circumstance? Or provided superior care.
- Completion of the 4 multiple choice questions
Entries will be judged on their quality and how well they bring the hearing care professionals work to life.
